The Monarch Library System includes 32 member libraries across four counties in Wisconsin. As a development partner, they helped guide the tools available today that provide Consortia- with needed the functionality they need. Through a phased implementation plan, member libraries have a branded website and a shared calendar that shows all consortium events.
